Lodge Policies:

Reservations will not be accepted more than two months in advance.

Reservations made more than two weeks in advance for event weekends will be accepted for event participants only. Non-event participants will be able to make their reservations up to two weeks in advance for an event weekend.
 

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations will be processed Monday though Friday. Please do not expect responses on weekends.

Refunds (less $5 per night fee) will be made for cancellations received before 11:00 AM on Monday for reservations for the following Friday and Saturday. For all other days of the week cancellations must be received at least 4 working days in advance.

If you do not cancel by the cancellation deadline or do not show, there will be no refunds or credits given.
 

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS POLICIES:


Reservations will be accepted starting November 1st for the period of December 21st through January 4th with
a minimum stay of three consecutive nights.
After December 15th any available space will be filled upon the basis of our standard reservation policy. Only one guest per member is allowed during this period. Christmas and New Years require seven days notice for cancellation.
