A group campsite is booked for the July long weekend in Fintry Provincial campground. Arrival is Thursday and departure is Monday. Fintry is a 4 hour drive from Burnaby and located just north of Kelowna on the west shores of Okanagan Lake.

Our group site will allow up to 24 people (minimum 15). Please discuss RV equipment (tent, trailer, RV, boat, etc).with Coordinator.

The group site consists of a spacious three-lane wide paved loop around a central grassy area. Our group site will share 4 flush toilets and 2 water taps with the 2 other group sites and is only a short walk away from a shower house. Campers should bring their own food, cooking and sleeping materials and provide their own travel.

To celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday on July 1, we will have a group dinner. The club will supply BBQ Salmon and Birthday Cake; everyone must contribute a dish to the dinner – sign up for potluck with Coordinator.

There are over 2 km of waterfront with a boat launch and natural sand beach. The 357 hectares of land in the park includes waterfalls, deep canyons, hikes through canyon trail, old growth cottonwoods and a heritage house called “Fintry Estate” with a dairy barn and both are open for guided tours.
