Welcome to the Inside Edge Club

In the 70's a group of Whistler skiers got together and formed the Inside Edge Club as a way of sharing their passion. Sadly, Winter ended so they turned their energy to other activities – hiking, cycling, camping, softball, volleyball, dinners, dances and more. It turned into a Greater Vancouver sports and social club – a way to make new friends and have fun.

There's a Club Night and FYI on the first Thursday of every month at the Firefighters' Public House (in Burnaby by Metrotown) unless otherwise posted. If you're interested in finding out more about the club stop by and say Hi.

Softball League Update

The Inside Edge Club tee'd off their 2019 season on Wednesday, May 15th with crossover games against the BCH league (formerly the BC Hydro league). The Inside Edge league once again has four teams: Blue, Green, Grey and Purple while the BCH league has eight teams. The Inside Edge and BCH leagues have partnered to run crossover games every Wednesday on grass fields at either Champlain Heights or Gordon Park after a successful inter-league mid-season tournament last year.

June is Bike Month
bikemonth-h150.jpg

The sun will be out and with that so too all the fun outdoors.

To start things off, why not come out for a short ride to the first street fair of the month. Specifically, for the Hats Off Parade!. This long time favourite of mine.

If you‘re interested in other outings, and there is something every week, come to Clubnight June 6th to find out what’s happening. Keith

Bike to Work Week is May 27 to June 2 (extended by 2 days this year). For those interested, there are several kiosks around town during the morning and afternoon commute offering free snacks and advise. Some stations even offer free quicky tune-ups. Check it out!
