Lodge Policies

  • Reservations may be made up to two months in advance except for the Holiday Season. It is permitted to book contiguous days beyond two months.
  • Reservations for the Holiday Season may be made beginning November 1st or on a date determined by the Lodge Manager.
  • Members and guests must be at least 19 years of age, except during specific “family” events.
  • No member or guest shall stay at the Lodge for more than 14 nights in any month without prior approval of the Lodge Committee. Formal requests are to be made via e-mail to the Lodge Manager. A request must be made well in advance of any stay so that the Lodge Committee can consider the proposal.
  • During the Winter Season the double beds (11 & 21) must be booked for Friday AND Saturday. After 6 pm on the Wednesday of that week the double beds may be booked for Friday OR Saturday.
  • A reservation request that varies the number of people is treated as separate reservations. For example: a request for 2 people on Friday-Saturday and continuing with 4 on Monday-Tuesday will be treated as two separate reservations.
  • A reservation request that  varies the bed type is treated as separate reservations.  For example:  a request for bed 22a (single) on Monday and bed 21 (double) on Tuesday will be treated as two separate reservations.
  •  A reservation request of non-contiguous days is treated as separate reservations.


  • Cancellations are requested by email to the reservations clerk.
  • If you do not cancel by the cancellation deadline or do not show for your nights booked, there will be no refunds.
  • If you are cancelling part of your stay then the rules below apply for the nights you are cancelling.
  • Cancellations received by 6 pm two days prior to the stay will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received by 6 pm one day prior to the stay will receive a refund less an administration fee.
  • During the Holiday Season:
    • Cancellations received by 6pm seven days prior to the stay will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations received after 6pm seven days prior will receive NO refund.
  • Administration fees are charged per night, per bed cancelled and are listed in Appendix A.
  • Requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy (due to injury, illness or family emergency) may be made to the Lodge Manager. Reservations will be processed Monday though Friday. Please do not expect responses on weekends.


Christmas and New Year's Policies:

Reservations will be accepted starting November 1st for the Holiday season (about December 21st through 31st).
