The Mortgage Burning Party sold out at 110 attendees. It was a big reunion with many former members coming out to celebrate and reconnect with friends. I put together a slideshow of past lodge events and summer OKs. It played on the big screen while people danced the night away.
In mid-January we had our first Covid-19 event at the lodge. One member showed up with a sniffle ("it's allergies"). Testing proved otherwise and they went home the following morning. Of the seven other people at dinner five tested positive within a few days. Some passed it on to their spouses.Everyone is fine now.
