Another year, another AGM. Thanks to all the members who attended and provided input to the Executive and Trustees. There were a lot of questions from Anonomous. Sorry - my fault. It's an option within the Q&A configuration to not allow anonomous questions and I overlooked it. Every year the setup is a little different as Zoom adds features.
It's also now possible to allow the attendees to see the Q&A window so next year members will be able to see the questions as they are posted.
The return of Kids Week brought a lot of questions. It was a popular event back when we were young and many members had families. It faded out as the children got older and the club ran out of organizers. The lodge policy always included "Members and guests must be at least 19 years of age, except during specific 'family' events." but who reads the policy? New members had no idea but now it's back. It was always scheduled during spring break. Kids like to ski too.
Most of the Executive are returning plus Deb Reynolds is joining as Socials Manager and Dan Maki as Lodge Manager. Carol Korst is stepping down as Clubnight Manager but we may see her hosting the occational Clubnight. Carol - thanks for organizing Clubnights the past year.
There was a change to the Trustees with Keith McCormick replacing Karen Ayres.
